The employees are not communicating properly. It has been couple of times I order from their menu and they say it does not come like that. Eg. The BBQ hot wing is not hot they say it is sweet, I can’t figure out why. And staff reject you rudely without sorry.

Amazing Chicken and bbq wings. I’m 5 months pregnant and was craving chicken. I noticed that my delivery was delayed and called the chicken shop - a lovely woman picked up and said that she made me a fresh batch of chicken, hence why they delivery was taking slightly longer. She congratulated me on my pregnancy and gave me a free Pepsi (winning!). The food was fabulous, piping hot and cooked to perfection. Whoever this amazing woman is - THANK YOU!Food was amazingly brilliant!Thank you again for taking good care of me.
