I am a regular - Feltham store. Everytime I order, I get the wrong items delivered to my home, I call them they keep me on hold or they just don't answer. I make an order, get the wrong items and I just have to keep quiet. The restaurant service is very bad. Really very disappointing. When I get the right items which is rare, I don't get the straws. I must be the only lucky one.\\nWell, the service ruins the good taste.

The employee called Nikki Allen just tried to charge me £2.35 for an empty paper cup. Apparently that's the \\\"policy\\\"\\nThe empty paper cup itself its only £0.05 according to the receipt.

Just want to say great service and amazing drinks quality in this store. I’ve been there quite a few times and was served by a young gentleman called Ronaldo most of the times. He has a great customer service, always with a big smile on his face, and the drink he made for me was delicious. Want to give a big thank you to him because he’s always happy even when there’s a long queue, and he is working by himself.

I’m in here getting my large coffee every day as they make my drink perfectly every time compared to other Starbucks stores, plus I love the staff in there especially Ronaldo or Carla as there easy to talk to and can have lovely conversations while there doing the orders,

it's ok didn't stand out much....but it wasn't bad.
Great place to have a coffee on Feltham, view upstairs keeps kid occupied while you have your coffee :-)
Decent place. Generally understaffed with queues. So plan for a 10 minute delay if you're in a rush.
