We had small 2 course roast dinner meal which was no way small. You had a choice of meat from chicken , beef or gammon. There was large Yorkshire and four large roasts potatoes on your plate. Then large bowl with swede, peas broccoli, carrots. Cabbage and cauliflower cheese was brought out with large jug of homemade gravy. Great pub! Amazing food. Great value.My expectations were not high, pub is at the end of an industrial estate on busy & not very good roads. Pub looked a bit dated. But really nice pint of ale, an extensive menu great value, big portions & great quantity.
