This review is more serious than others I've made in the past but I believe it's fitting for the scenario I went through. My mum and stopped by before finding our bus stop to get something for me to eat. The store is good and usually clean when I come in however, I wonder for the young employees treated there. The senior supervisors seem to present animosity towards the younger (black) staff members and I feel as though a selective individuals are treated differently than others. Just recently moved to the area and have been going into this outlet now for over a week. The service has been outstanding especially one of the supervisors named Joanne who showed exceptional customer service. Will definitely continue using this outlet.Well done Greggs.
