Things just have not been the same since the previous manager Joanne left. Dirty shop, dirty tables, condiments area filthy, staff smelling of stale cigarettes. The shop has definitely gone downhill over the last 5/6 months. Don’t understand why they let good staff go. Definitely won’t be going back.

This Gregg's is never open when it says it is. It even let's you order online and when you arrive they have clearly not been open all day. The metal door is down

I think I'm like many other people when I say Greggs's food is just right and there for when it's needed.

Well I get my order delivered and the coffee is always spilt or missing items. Such a shame because the drivers get the blame when at times it isn't their fault

This review is more serious than others I've made in the past but I believe it's fitting for the scenario I went through. My mum and stopped by before finding our bus stop to get something for me to eat. After purchasing our food we were talking to our cashier and all of a sudden we hear a loud crashing sound, at first we thought it was a storage unit had fallen but our cashier (her name was Ebony) gasped loudly so we all turned around. An elderly woman had falled, face first onto the pavement by the door. Immediately Ebony ran to her and my mum and another man who witnessed it quickly helped the lady sit down. She phoned the ambulance while my mum and the man were stopping her from bleeding too much by using the blue kitchen roll Ebony grabbed while on hold with the emergency services. In total we all stayed there for around 2 hours, the entire time Ebony was making sure everyone was alright and closing the store properly because it was close to closing time when the lady fell. (For anyone wondering, the elderly lady got into a police van and got driven to the hospital because the ambulance would have taken hours longer.)

The store is good and usually clean when I come in however, I wonder for the young employees treated there. The senior supervisors seem to present animosity towards the younger (black) staff members and I feel as though a selective individuals are treated differently than others. This must strongly be checked up on. A happy store means good customer experience. I'm a regular customer and for the majority of the visits I take, even when I order at the til... it is as though the supervisor is always side eyeing. slightly worried.
