That terribly old grey-haired Indian behind the till is very disrespectful, had to get a relative to send a parcel as I hate going in there.. I hope they close down for good.

I've been to places where staff are unhelpful but in this post office they take this task to a whole new level. Their default answer is "NO" even before you can formulate a question. It's rather amazing how much they go out of their way to make sure you had an unpleasant experience. However, one thing that really deserves to be mention is their consistence, no surprises there, no matter what time of the day or what day of the week, if you pop in there you're sure of what to expect, a horrible service, but the lack of option around still keep them in business!

They speak badly to the customer and are unprofessional, it seems that this center needs two young employees or two professionals in customer relations.And on the other hand, they avoid giving information about postal services itams ! They put the customer under pressure and stress.

It is okay for drop offs, but avoid anything that requires a bit of effort and service. Also a birthday card I handed to the person emptying the post box outside never arrived at it's destination.

Rude staff with extremely bad attitude. What is published on royal Mail’s website about this post office allegedly isn’t accurate, according to one of the charming individuals that works here. Avoid unless you want to deal with patronising and condescending individuals with an attitude problem.
