Brownlow Road Post Office

The shop is quite small and sometimes there is a long wait to be served but overall good service.

The worst post office ever, some rude people always trying to educate instead of inform. Awful experience usually.
The trick is, don’t speak to them, just use hand gestures.

The staff handled my request in a dismissive and unwilling manner.

On and off I've been here 50 years. Never had a problem. Always found the staff very friendly indeed. And never seen them be rude to anyone in the queue. Guess it's like Marmite!

I have been using this post office on occasion over 19 years and I have not had any issues! They are friendly and helpful. They also do not close for lunch as other local POs do! Thanks guys!

I paid £ 30 for my gas top up and this guy topped up only £ 2.95 when I returned to the post office window, I was ignored !!!! Thefts !!!!

Always very efficient and polite. Also, I rarely have to wait behind more than two people in the queue.

Ignore the negative reviews! I have lived in the area for almost 20 years and I have always received excellent, friendly, speedy and professional customer service from the two experienced gentlemen who run it. On many occasions, I have witnessed how some customers come up with ridiculous requests or ask for services not offered at this PO e.g. Passport Checking Service.

The variety of service this PO offers is great and definitely make my life easy. In the absence of safe cash points in the area, I always withdraw money and deposit money into my bank account there. I can also send/receive international transfers and pick up and return Amazon and DPD parcels. If people need to buy the road tax as well as Amazon/One for All gift vouchers, they can can do it there. The list of services is truly amazing. I'd be simply lost without this PO in the neighbourhood!!!

This Post Office provides a valuable service to the community. I use it for parcels, normal postal services and banking. What with so many bank branches closing every month, we need this place more than ever!

Convenient. I find the staff are very helpful. Greatful to still have a local post office at our doorstep.

Always get prompt and experienced service from the two guys running it. They may not smile much but I need them to be helpful and good at their job - they are certainly that.

Don’t understand reviews complaining about staff here. I’ve been going to this post office for a decade and never had any issue with staff, and have never witnessed them being unpleasant to other customers either. Perfectly decent service.
