Lovely local pub with THE BEST GUINESS I've had in all of London (and if you check my reviews you'll see I've had a LOT). They have totally refurbished the place recently so it’s fresh and comfy. Loads of sports TVs and a few great cosy spots for a chat. All kinds on tap and brilliant staff.
Great beer at very reasonable price for the area served by great staff. A true local (TV for live football/sport but no juke-box blasting out) with a welcoming staff & clientele. Gets overlooked because although its only two to three minutes from either exit from Alexandra Palace station it's just out of sight from the main road from Wood Green to Alexandra Park/Palace. Was super busy on a Friday night after the end of a big at Alexandra Palace. Modern decor, female friendly. Outdoor area at the back. Efficient friendly staff. Comfy chairs and different seating areas. Would return.
