Would give minus if I could. I had an issue at the Fleet Service Station store on M3. I’ve put a complaint through to head office through the website about the racist treatment I got there and just been ignored. Obviously not on your priority list.I’ve tried calling the head office number several times during different times of the day but it just rings to the point it cuts off so it’s obvious there is no such thing as customer service here.

Very unhappy a regular and I mean regular at the luton branch. On this last occasion was not given a receipt, went home checked on the app and found staff member who has been working there for a while so no excuse, charged us for 2 meal deals at additional cost. We never asked for this, and I'm extremely unhappy by this dishonesty.I have since gone back and spoke to manager Abdullah, who was exceptional, and resolved my concerns and the complaint, also let me have a large discount on my food. So now a happier customer. All round great resolution to the complaint.Kid-friendliness: Very unhappy

Shameful business practices. They sell gift cards that none of the branches are able to process. I've visited Lakeside, Lewisham and Romford. I've emailed head office and never heard back either. Scam artists and fraudsters here. Would avoid them.

Visited branch at Welcome break South Fleet and experienced the most appalling service from the male staff. Is this how you treat paying customers? You won't even have a business without us customers so why not treat us right. We are not asking for free food either. We are paying you for a service which you don't seem to care about. Never again. If you want service with an attitude, tiny rip off portion, stale food then please visit Chopstix.

Besides being over-priced for sub-par food, they break Trading standard guidelines when they advertise, e.g. offering a deal that includes a drink however none of the drinks shown on the advertising posters are included in the deal.They must be paying minimum wage as the staff couldn't care less either

Very bad and petty company lying their customers trying to play on time nearly a month ago had accident as Bristol Cribbs Causeway as they decided to put staples on paper bag handle and i cut myself deeply Manager from site promised someone will contact me no one did so I called HQ told me Operations Manager will contact me then he tried to pass ball and he said Shield will contact me but He don't even know that Shield company dont even contact cusotmers no idea how he get this position as he is clueless. Now is no answer rom them at all silence shield told me also the HQ should contact me not them. They will learn their lesson when we meet in court...answer for post below: I should contact you and thru a fb is this real and thats how you deal with issues? I Think got promised you will contact me but never heard back you got my details
