Very unhappy a regular and I mean regular at the luton branch. On this last occasion was not given a receipt, went home checked on the app and found staff member who has been working there for a while so no excuse, charged us for 2 meal deals at additional cost. We never asked for this, and I'm extremely unhappy by this dishonesty.I have since gone back and spoke to manager Abdullah, who was exceptional, and resolved my concerns and the complaint, also let me have a large discount...read full review
