Amazing experience and thank you Maciej for going above and beyond with customer service. Went there with my best friend for cocktails and dinner. Food was wonderful and I highly recommend the calamari . Staff are exceptional with a special thank you to Maciej who helped me get my bag back after I forgot it . He truly went out of his way to ensure I got it back safely . THANK YOU !!

They say 3rd times a charm, not in this case. We arrive at 4.30pm giving us plenty of time before doors open at 6.30pm for our show in The O2. We ordered drinks, the coffee took around 10 minutes. We love their starter which arrived after around 30 minutes. Ordering the main which seemed fairly straight forward, oh no after around an hour we finally received our order which was wrong. The re-order was quicker and we finally left at 6.15pm. Never had issues before, but certainly put me off to try again.

We were welcomed warmly by a member of staff and advised that we might have a few minutes wait as the restaurant was very busy. This was not a problem and we were shown to our table for two within 5 minutes. Our waitress, Laura, was extremely efficient, friendly & also thankful to us for our patience. Our starters, main courses and drinks were all great! The restaurant had a fabulous atmosphere & we really enjoyed our visit. Special recognition should be given to Laura as she really went above and beyond!!

Awful calzone pizza. Flat as a pancake, doughy, wet. Never seen such an embarrassing looking dish. Server tried hard and it was quick - hence 2 stars.

We arrived around 6 pm . Was extremely busy inside and outside restaurant. We were waiting to be sit around 20 min . The Manager sat us outside and explained all allergy menu because my wife is gluten intolerance. Services was promptly , food tasty . Definitely we will come back .
We stood in line for an hour before we got a table. There were lots of free tables during this time but they did not have enough staff to clear them. The Manager looked stressed but was wondering around looking at the situation holding his phone, but a decent manager should step up to the plate and help the staff. It was obviously understaffed. We were going to watch a show and basically had 10 minutes to eat by the time our food arrived. My partner’s meal had been given to someone at the next table before they realised their mistake. My side order did not turn up! Awful. I said to the waitress that they were understaffed and she replied that it was the manager’s fault as he wants to save money! Worse experience ever!!!

We were in London for a few daysand wanted to eat in Greenwich. I rang Ask Italian and spoke to the manager who was very helpful and courteous. We arrived early but were very well looked after. The food was very good and the service exceptional. The only downside we felt was the lack of staff. They were very stretched and they appeared to need more support, though this did not affect their level of service. I asked the names of the three people attending to us ..... Arkadiusz,Prashanth and Yeshwanth. They were superb. Thank you.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both were lukewarm at best. Clearly cooked okay but then apparently left standing. No excuse as the place was half empty. Waiter did apologise and spoke with manager who offered free desserts. No thanks. Go elsewhere.

Both myself and my girlfriend have serve allergies. When we were welcomed at the beginning, we told the waitress the allergies and she followed with a sigh and muttered to herself. When I ordered the food we again stated the allergies. When our food arrived, it had cheese on it after clearly stating the allergies. The waitress seemed very flustered and clearly the communication wasn’t clear on their behalf. Although the manager did pass us and we asked him about it and he was very reassuring and kind towards us.

Visited before going to see a show in the arena. Allowed an hour and half before show start. Got seated quickly which was good. Place was understaffed so waiting ages for drinks, food order etc. Then waited around 40 mins food which was pizza’s and their cheese and garlic fries. When we got the food it was as best Luke warm and had clearly been stood waiting to be served for ages. no staff around to ask to swap, no one came to ask if food was ok. As we were running out of time it was eat the cold food or go without.
