Had a family trip here at O2 for my son’s birthday. Excellent fun for all ages. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on food. During our visit we needed medical assistance and staff members, Isaac and Nor, couldn’t have been more helpful. They were fabulous. Isaac even contacted us the next day to make sure all was ok. Thoroughly recommend as all staff we encountered were brilliant. Nothing was too much for them. Thank you

Overall experience was great as lots of game modes to play with a few people. However, food and drinks was a painful experience as bar staff were extremely slow and poor. Almost 30 minute wait for simple soft drinks.
