We make an order at 18.30, delivery programmed for 19.40.We never see the food in all the evening and they never answer to the telephone (9 calls).

KFC: Rapid service without the fuss. Ideal for a quick, no-nonsense meal that's light on both the clock and the wallet. No complaints and I got what I expected to receive.

The food is very small portions with a lot of money, I asked for a boneless chicken with chips and when received my order, there were tiny pieces of chicken in the sizes of the chips and the price was £6.99.Please cook healthy meals at home to avoid eating all these making-money businesses.

We arrive to no hello, which is always a good start. The lady then proceeded to get mymorder all wrong, asked what sauce I wanted I said "bbq" she nodded and added 2 chicken wings to which she also nodded and charged me for (was given no receipt of course). When the order came no sauce and I went to the till she said they had no BBQ sauce, but said I could buy some I said I didn't receive my wings either so she proceeded to charge me for both... Honestly just don't come here they don't want your business you can tell it annoys them.

I can’t believe this place anymore, I always tried to understand them,missing items,cold and dry food etc,never got upset and kind off tried to understand that they need to train people but to be honest Trafalgar Road deserve better,it’s 1 off few options in area and deffo I won’t go there unless it’s the last 1.

Food was great, but the man that survived me had no clue or nothing to say when I asked him what deals do u have on the wings? He just pointed to the board. I can see the board but do u do a variety meal, man is still pointing at the board like its his 1st day and has no clue. However it was fast service once I managed to get my order done.
