EDIT: Since my 3-star review from 2 years ago this KFC has improved. It is a better experience to order using the app rather than queueing at the till which can still be variable and take longer at busy times (lots of Just Eat/Deliveroo orders).Customer service has improved, although there is still the occasional staff member that doesn't give good information, like "we are cooking your Zinger burger from scratch so it will take 7 or 8 minutes longer" - I shouldn't have to wonder...read full review
This has been my local KFC for many years. Very hit and miss. Generally, the food is decent, but occasionally, we encounter issues such as half a portion of chips, a bad batch of chicken in the burger, or missing items from our order when ordering for multiple people. Would always recommend checking your order fully before leaving the store.

Food was great, but the man that survived me had no clue or nothing to say when I asked him what deals do u have on the wings? He just pointed to the board. I can see the board but do u do a variety meal, man is still pointing at the board like its his 1st day and has no clue. However it was fast service once I managed to get my order done.
