The food we ordered arrived in record time and was very tasty.Dietary restrictions: Right at the beginning we were asked about allergies.Kid-friendliness: Special children's menu, which was also there for painting and puzzles. This way the children have something to do.

My husband and son took me here for mother’s day yesterday and the food came out quickly and it was delicious! The service was amazing and we were taken care of by our waitress zeina who catered to us and never failed to make a great conversation with our son about arsenal ?thank you to the team and zeina for our amazing experience on mother’s day!

We went to Pizza Express for my birthday and we are usually very happy with the experience. But this time the server was rude and bad tempered. Nothing about this visit went well. My husband asked for a pizza with no mozzarella on it and when the pizza arrived without one kind of mozzarella on it but still with one other kind on it, she argued that it was his fault.Her general attitude when serving was quite curt and got grumpyShe also took my phone oout of my hand twice without asking.She was grumpy about us with the bill too simply because she had taken my phone the second time and selected a voucher on the rewards app which made our bill more expensive.The restaurant is only half full so it’s not too busy.It took over 20 minutes for them to come and take our order. Staff seem stressed making the waiters rude.Food also took another 30 minutes to come.The customer next to us came in the same time with us, got their order, finished the food and paid before we even got our food.Whenever we ask for someone to take our order they just keep telling us to wait.And at the end while we are in the middle of paying the bill the waiter left with the machine and went to serve someone else, and during the payment she was constantly shaking her head at us.

Excellent kids' birthday party! My son chose Pizza Express in Greenwich for his 10th birthday party. Dimi was our host and did a brilliant job of getting all the kids excited about preparing their own pizzas. The whole thing ran like clockwork and everyone had a great time - thank you!

My name is Lucy and we come to greenwich Church Street as it is our favourite most organised and friendliest pizza express the managers and the waitresses take time with you are funny and chatty but so quick and professional the chefs are amazing and the food is 100 out of 10 always if not better every time. We have alot of events and mostly our children have had most of there birthdays here as there number 1 restaurant is pizza express for them its such a variety and it suites all on the menu. Clean fresh and comfortable. My nephew had his 17th birthday here February 26th 2024. What an amazing night as usual thank-you to all at our favourite restaurant for making our night extra special. We love you guys especially Agness the manager and our lovely waitress anetta. See you real soon. X

went here today with my friends for my birthday and when we were getting the bill, one waiter with dyed blond hair came with the card machine. he was rude to me and rushed me as i was trying to check my bank account before paying for everyone at the table. ruined my night i am disappointed.
