We loved it here! From beginning to end, the service was great, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, the whole family was happy, and it was very reasonably priced. There were loads of options to cater for gluten free diners as well. We sat upstairs with a beautiful view of the Thames. Would definitely return!

Recently went to Zizzi in both Covent Garden and Greenwich and i have to say we received really great service at both restaurants. The menu was varied and even for the Xmas menu it had lots of choice. The staff were very polite and the food was fantastic. Great place to go for family or a couple.

I am from NYC/Northern NJ and am opinionated about pizza. :) It's hard to find "really good pizza" in England, by that metric. I have worked in the pizza business before.I had the pepperoni pizza. Not as much pepperoni as I expected, and the sauce was Italian, rather than Greek/Turkish. Some fresh basil would have been good.The execution of the pizza was excellent.The service was excellent.I would look for that establishment if I was in that area, because of the people who made that place go.

Not very authentic Italian food. Small portions. Pretty expensive for portion size. Very inattentive service even with few guests in the restaurant. Had to walk up to server to ask to order dessert. No one cleared our main course plates before dessert, even after I stacked them in the corner of the

Just had a terrible experience at Zizzi. Ordered d dough bomb. They served it absolutely raw inside. I talked to the manager and he said that “sometimes it happens”. Really?! Is it a russian roulette or what? Don’t recommend this place. Anyway the pizza is not good there

Nice pizza just very pricey. I love the zucchini fries but unfortunately they are not always on the menu. Would come often if wasn’t for the price which is too high in my modest

Went to Zizzis today for Pizza and when time came to pay my husband paid it once I checked the bill they had added a team tip of £5.30 I questioned this and said no I don’t want to tip my choice was taken away from me by said company. When I asked for refund I was told sorry it has to go through head office so be aware !!

A really great view of the river and the city from the second floor. Nice food, the pork belly is a good dish if you are a meat eater or the goat cheese ravioli if you are vegetarian.
What an amazing view over the river. We stopped here on our way to S club gig at the O2 arena. Our server sorry I can’t remember his name was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable and funny, he couldn’t do enough for us even with it being a busy Friday night. The food was hot and tasty. Next time I’m in London will definitely be coming here again

Ishu was absolutely fantastic from start to finish his service was 10 out of 10 making me and my little brother laugh, giving us great recommendations from the menu. As a restaurant supervisor myself I know how important amazing servers are and I really hope your managers see these amazing reviews. Thank you for a great start to our Evening in London and next time we are visiting will definitely be back

Great view of the Thames from the top floor (wheelchair accessible). It was a little noisy sat next to the plate return area, Also 3 items ordered were not correct - we were a party of 5 adults and 2 children. The food was lovely though and not too expensive considering the location.

The service was great, Ishu was incredibly attentive even when my mother was being quite demanding and as a restaurant supervisor myself, I can see that he is a real asset to the team. My partner would also like to shout out Jenna who was lovely. Great team, great service.
