Recently went to Zizzi in both Covent Garden and Greenwich and i have to say we received really great service at both restaurants. The menu was varied and even for the Xmas menu it had lots of choice. The staff were very polite and the food was fantastic. Great place to go for family or a couple.
I am from NYC/Northern NJ and am opinionated about pizza. :) It's hard to find "really good pizza" in England, by that metric. I have worked in the pizza business before.I had the pepperoni pizza. Not as much pepperoni as I expected, and the sauce was Italian, rather than Greek/Turkish. We loved it here! From beginning to end, the service was great, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, the whole family was happy, and it was very reasonably priced. There were loads of options to cater for gluten free diners as well. We sat upstairs with a beautiful view of the Thames. Would definitely return!
