Stopped here for a bite to eat prior to seeing a show at the Indigo theatre and was pleasantly surprised. We were seated promptly and it was made clear that it was card only for payment. Oops I didnt know thankfully had a card with me and put away my cash. We had Bruschetta to start with Spaghetti Bologneise and mushroom Brindisi with a cheese sauce. Very tasty and most enjoyable. We had to ask for salt and pepper as there was none on the table and we had to ask for ice and lemon in our drinks on this exceedingly hot day but apart from that it was a great meal. Would definitely come again. Great food Great show and a Great experience at Zizzis.

Had a pre-concert meal here an hour prior to the show. To be honest, bearing in mind how incredibly busy the whole venue was, I expected slow service and luke warm food. Pleasantly surprised to get our meals within 10 minutes, well cooked, friendly, prompt service, and ample time to get to our seats after. I thought that the location of the site would mean a lower quality than the Zizzi's in more leisurely locations, but a really good experience. My Carbonara and my wife's Seafood Linguini were both excellent.

Excellent service, wine and food on a very busy gig night. Particular praise for the young waitress that served us. I will definitely choose Zizzi as my first food venue the next time I’m at the O2

Excellent food, great GF options. No complaints on the food or service which was quick. However we paid in a bit of a rush as we were going to a gig at the Indigo and needed to get going asap and the waitress typed in the bits on the card reader and I just paid quickly. Only later did I look at the receipt and found I had paid an 'optional tip' of nearly £8 which I had not been asked if I minded. I am not adverse to leaving tips BUT I like to be asked.

My daughter had her 18th Birthday meal with her friends here. Within the group there were multiple allergies and an autistic child. Zizzi’s have been super accommodating from head office to the restaurant. Everything went like clockwork (very important for the asd child). Had a good selection for all to choose from including the people with allergies. For the person with multiple allergies the chef cooked her something off menu. We had 10 people in the party, there were no delays, all the food came out promptly, but more importantly the orders with the allergies were all taken and served correctly. At the end of the meal, we arranged to have the birthday cake brought out. Lots of restaurants fail at this point but not Zizzi’s O2, they cleared all of the tables and made sure we were all ready, video on etc before coming out with the lit cake singing happy birthday. ? My daughter had the most wonderful 18th birthday meal and her all friends thoroughly enjoyed it too! A massive big thank you to all at the o2 restaurant, and Robert and Emily from head office. ???

We went to the 02 on 16/12/22 to see Peter Kay. We were pushed for time and there were queues at all restaurants. Zizzi’s were brilliant! Got customers in quickly and the speed of service and quality of food were excellent! Well done Zizzi at the 02!!!!

The food was lovely and fresh. We enjoyed every bite and every minute of our stay. It was very busy but Matt was very attentive, helpful and was serving everyone with a smile.

Ate there on a Monday before a show. The staff there seemed more interested in entertaining each other than serving customers - our waitress didn’t even look at us when taking our order. The calamari was a bit like rubber and the pizzas were OK, but so they should be for more than £16 each. 1 large calamari to share, 2 pizzas, 1 glass of wine and a Diet Coke came to more than £67 including the 10% service charge. We didn’t have dessert mainly because they’re all £7.30 each. An expensive option, probably because it’s in the O2, but I’m sure we could have done better.

Great service for a table of 7 12-year old girls and a separate table of 3 adults, there for a birthday meal. Particularly great service afterwards when they found a hat that we'd left behind and posted it on to us. Thank you!

2 out of 3 mains were good, the other less so. Deserts were nice. Coffees at the end (2 x flat whites) were disgusting. No way they were flat whites. Service wasn't the best. Staff didn't really seem that interested. We won't be rushing back.

Quick Service, decent food and menu. Average customer service. Location either super busy or super quiet depending on events at the arena.

Went to this restaurant after going to the O2 cineworld, Zizzi's was considerably quieter than its neighbouring restaurants. However, this didn't stop two members of staff carrying on their story instead of welcoming our party and showing us to a table. As mentioned, the restaurant was very quiet, however, it took over 15 minutes for our order to be taken, after finally placing out order, the food came relatively quickly and was standard Italian fayre, nothing exceptional, but tasty nonetheless. Then came paying for the bill, as multiple staff walked past our table almost seeming to avoid eye contact. The final kicker being that it worked out £30 per head for pizzas!?!
