The staff are so slow and also rude.I had to leave the queue as my train was coming so i put my drink back in the fridge (the wrong fridge) because i was in a hurry. The lady behind the counter shouted ‘oh my days look at you’ in-front of the whole shop. It was really weird and unprofessional.

Usually come here once a week for sausage rolls and lucozade but today had a bad experience as I asked for the hot sausage rolls that just come out but he had given me two coldest rolls ever.I understand greggs are not a restaurant but darn it I've asked and asian server said no problem but my fault for trusting people serving ne older rolls than just staring in content.I will be more upfront and blunt next time I'm in this particular greggs.

For some reason they never cook eggs for the omelette rolls. Been in 4 or 5 times now to find they don't have them today. Won't commit to saying they never do them otherwise I'd just stop going!

The staff here are angels, the amount of abuse they put up with from the public and the homeless around constantly trying to rob. The staff go above and beyond to protect the store and public.Greggs should provide security on the door or give them all medals

Gregg isn’t for the faint hearted. However, if you like bold flavours and enjoy exploring new culinary experiences, you can’t go wrong here.
Tried to go into greggs at 12:10 the lady locked the door and didn’t let me in she said they was closed I went onto Google to check opening times and it was 6:30? Just very confused as to why they would stop trading at lunch time … very poor from from this specific branch it’s not the first time this has happened.

Useless members of staff, incompetent and rude, this really ruins the greggs brand name.When asking the male member of staff for a bake and sausage roll he proceeded to give me 2 sausage rolls, which is a clear indication he is not listening to the customer. I have also ordered from this greggs and received cold bakes every time without fail. Not to mention the in house service is just as bad as the greggs Just Eat service.

I’m so pleased with the customer service. They didn’t have one of the items that I ordered and I received a telephone call from a member of staff who was so sweet and kind and had excellent customer service. She offered to give me complimentary items as a goodwill gesture and even chose different alternatives which were all wrapped neatly in the bag. Today’s my birthday and that little touch put a smile on my face. Thank you. :)
