I’m so pleased with the customer service. They didn’t have one of the items that I ordered and I received a telephone call from a member of staff who was so sweet and kind and had excellent customer service. She offered to give me complimentary items as a goodwill gesture and even chose different alternatives which were all wrapped neatly in the bag. Today’s my birthday and that little touch put a smile on my face. Thank you. :)
Greggs (dalston) especially Tracy are doing a great job. Through no fault of theirs I had a problem with one of my orders but they sorted it out for me without fuss. Thank you very much.
