Let's try something else before you end up here.My wife is a big fan of Gregg's, probably because it's nostalgic for her. Unfortunately, for me, this was a horrible morning snack experience.I ordered what my wife recommended which was the sausage roll and seemed to be one of the only things I thought I would enjoy from their menu. Unfortunately, I was less than pleased with the sausage roll. Not only was it excessively greasy, but when I bit into it, I felt that the entire thing was undercooked. The roll felt much too doughy and the sausage was cool to the touch and definitely not cooked long enough. It was an extremely unpleasant snack and I don't think I'll ever go again.

I ordered the "breakfast deal" and paid more (£4.50) for just bagel with sausage and capuchino. Verry disappointed and will not visit this store anymore!

I think there is something wrong with this Greggs. I bought a tuna baguette and eating it I felt something didn’t taste right but I thought it might be the red onion they used. 6hr later I was violently sick with an awful upset stomach. Wish I’d used my gut feeling and not eaten it. Either the tuna was off or the mayo. Perhaps they’re not keeping fridge on or it was a left over baguette from previous day. Greggs - never again.

Worst greggs in west london opening times are hit and miss staff seem more interested hanging out the back then serving queues are always long i could go on

Queued for over ten minutes to be told there would be a 20 minute wait for a pasty, the staple of what Greggs built its trade on. Four people behind the counter but only one was serving the queue which was trailing out of the door. The other three were all concentrating on packing up orders for Deliveroo JustEat etc. Obvious where your priorities are Greggs and that isn’t with the poor sods queueing at your counter :( A zero star rating would be more appropriate

There was a dead fly on my doughnut and they refused to give me a refund, the doughnut was dry and stale too

Hospitality workers do not get praised enough. Claire from the Hammersmith store is a great character and gives such good vibes and real. Which sometimes goes against people. But she is great and an asset to the store. Food good as well

Nice sandwiches. Coffees is not the best.

Not sure what is going on, but it was closed during advertised opening times on last three occasions I went to the store.

Served me a freezing cold slice that was inedible. Didn’t warn me beforehand that they can’t reheat food. Extremely rude brunette lady at the till expressed “we’d have to tell that to everyone wouldn’t we”. Yes, you should or only serve hot, fresh food. Comical for a Greg’s to not serve hot food

If you like cold food

It's a shame how quality of care has gone down and in their product the coffee is puree water, the croissants are raw and the employees ask one hand to the other permission to move because of how slow they are.

11am the store was close with it shell full. Even in the afternoon it close randomly for good full an hour. Looks like the staff are avoiding long queues. Hope some manager will come across this message and have a look what's going on.
