The store seems to be understaffed and staff working there seems completely disorganized, which results in long waitning times for the customer. I realize Greggs always get busy at lunch and breakfast but the waiting times in this store are subnormal.
Friendly happy staff. Great service. Happy to make me an egg roll even though breakfast was technically over and i got all the left over egg! Even let me bring my bike in the door whilst i got served. Thank you! ?

Hospitality workers do not get praised enough. Claire from the Hammersmith store is a great character and gives such good vibes and real. Which sometimes goes against people. But she is great and an asset to the store. Food good as well
