Terrible experience!!! Just got home with my food and there are items missing from my order, items I have paid for! On top of that my mini fillet burger doesn’t have a shred of lettuce on it. I don’t have the energy to drive back there to get the chicken they failed to give me! So annoying!!!

I’m a local and an American so I have to deal with this place. But if this place was in the USA they’d have been out of business years ago. It’s sad KFC licenses their business, but every once in a while, we buy it out of nostalgia. The staff and experience here are super terrible, but it’s the only local KfC.

The food is not bad at all but I have problems with the staff. They are very rude and have no manners. Whenever I buy fried chicken there's a preference I have for chicken parts. I saw the lady on the till telling one back staff preparing my meal that what I ordered is weird then she quickly turned to see if am listening. I just chose to ignore them. They are very untrained and disrespectful. Most of the times, they ignore you on the till too.

Couldn't use my student discount code at the counter dunno why, instead staff told me to go the kiosk and further didn't even assist when I couldn't place the order. Had to leave without ordering. Fortunately, the other kfc nearby my house gave me a proper service.

It’s like playing the lottery here, you’ll be lucky to have a satisfactory and freshly cooked meal. Myself and the family been going there for years. We have always complained to them through out the years!Some of the complaints we made in recent times:Getting our orders wrongGiving us very old cooked chickenRed undercooked chicken (was told by the staff that it’s ‘how it’s cooked!’)No good customer service or attitudeSmall portions of chipsDon’t give wet wipesGive you a little chicken piece the size of a wingEven though, Swiss Cottage branch is closer to me, I now go to another branch and it’s 100% better.

Maybe I was lucky given some of the reviews but my order was fine. Easy to order on the automated machines, go to the counter, collect and eat! Food was freshly made. Chicken was good. Slight mark down as staff need to be friendlier and the premises need to be a bit cleaner. Having said this, the branch was a lot cleaner than other KFC branches. Not too busy on a Thursday evening. This branch is small. Adequate seating. They are never very busy. Most people takeout. Prices have gone up!
