Couldn't use my student discount code at the counter dunno why, instead staff told me to go the kiosk and further didn't even assist when I couldn't place the order. Had to leave without ordering. Fortunately, the other kfc nearby my house gave me a proper service.
Maybe I was lucky given some of the reviews but my order was fine. Easy to order on the automated machines, go to the counter, collect and eat! Food was freshly made. Chicken was good. Slight mark down as staff need to be friendlier and the premises need to be a bit cleaner. Having said this, the branch was a lot cleaner than other KFC branches. Not too busy on a Thursday evening. I’m a local and an American so I have to deal with this place. But if this place was in the USA they’d have been out of business years ago. It’s sad KFC licenses their business, but every once in a while, we buy it out of nostalgia. The staff and experience here are super terrible, but it’s the only local KfC.
