Go to starbucks spend everyday here staff is so nice and drinks are delicious and they always follow my extravagant order with no problem. Atmosphere is so cozy they just got in there Christmas tree its so cute love this place!

I don't understand what happens in this branch when you place an order. You place the order, you repeat it and then check again, wait for your drink and there's always something wrong or missing and they have to make it again.Every time I've been in somethings always wrong.... wrong size, wrong milk, wrong drink?!?!?!When you do finally get what you've ordered, it's OK but why a mistake every time???And the baristas shouldn't stare rudely at homeless people with paying customers while we buy food of coffee for them either! That's not nice or kind and no one knows what the future holds so don't be so quick to judge and turn your noses down at a homeless person...it costs nothing to be kind!Strange branch!

Toilet was out of order so I had to go elsewhere for that. The place is filthy with rubbish everywhere.Please respect your customers and hire more staff so the place would be clean!They didn't ask if I drink in or take my coffee away, just put my whipped cream latte in a take away cup with a flat lid on in so it got all sloppy in a sec.I just wanted a relaxing time but neither the place nor the drink were nice.

I came in and ordered a caramel Frappuccino from a lady who goes by Hanna with very short died blond hair. She didn’t ask for My name so I told her it is Joe. She made a big mistake and gave me a caramel cappuccino with the name ‘Sskkd’… I only realised once I got home. Horrible customer service. Very rude to my friend and it’s Hanna’s store… what can you expect ?

more than once, I've ordered a venti matcha latte and everytime it's 1/4-1/2 foam/empty. what's the point of paying so much for a larger drink if they just half fill the cup anyway. ridiculous.
