A long blonde hair inside my Deliveroo package ? the hot pot was extremely salty and lacked the lovely flavours it alwsys has. Last few orders have been off and will not be ordering from this place again.

March 22nd , Picked up our order , so disappointing when we got home . My wife's shirodashi ramen was a lot smaller than normal with less meat . My ginger chicken udon was very poor. Tasted burnt and couldn't taste any ginger. Whoever I spoke to when I phoned about this , did offer to cook it again but that's not the point. Usually, Wagamama are reliable it terms of taste and ingredients but I don't think we'll use Hampstead branch again !

Polite and attentive staff. Nicely cooked and presented food. Took a Guest there today, she was delighted with the service. The waiting staff were helpful in her choosing a meal that suited her taste. We will call again.

Very bad service we were given the wrong noodles in the bowl and upon asking they changed it but didn’t look happy and it felt if they gave us the same bowl. Taste is very different than other Wagamama outlets, service is bad asked for sauce multiple times but the guy keeps roaming around and didn’t attend to us. And after asking another guy he gave us the sauce but charged extra for it. I love Wagamama but I will avoid this particular outlet.

usually quite empty so service is better than a normal Wagamama and cooking seems more careful. Not sure how long it can last with all those empty seats tho...
We love Wagamama, a must visit when in London.Great ambience, good food.We miss it a lot in Switzerland.The staff is very friendly.
