Baristas are professional and courteous in the way they interact with me, and with other customers. Seating is plenty, warm and relaxed environment to catch up on time to yourself. Adequate parking in Sainsbury’s across the road (time limits are in place). Only one irk and that is the toilet, it kinda always smells of wee, also I feel like with the number of mamas and babas that use the cafe, there should really have an additional toilet. I waited for like 20mins and had to go to my fave restaurant next door. Anyhoo, it woulda been a 5⭐️had it not been for this one big thing.

Great as usual, friendly staff ?

Mr Eloi

Really bad experience with the way they prepare the seasonal drinks and how they push you 15 min before closing to get you out, never again.

The management so rude the stuff the same they think drivers are thief they Think I’ve been to the store to collect customer order they telling me to push that I’m on the way to Customer but they didn’t hand the order to me and they called the police I bring the police by myself to the store to collect my order They should not treat everyone the same they cannot judge Everyone is the same everyone is not the thieves and everyone is not honest as well I am requesting to Costa Coffee management if they making a rule they should put a note or a sign to let you know the Driver rule of the shop

Always quick and smiling service, although the sitting area is somehow not very cosy and inviting

Service really bad, coffee not good at all, below standard, there is lots of better coffees in Willesden High Road. The Manager Talita, is rude and not well trained. Costa Coffee should hire better managers, she doesn't know what she is doing.

The person serving me swore because my translation wouldn't go throw, talking in another language to another member of stuff. Very impatient, even though there was only one other customer waiting in the queue.

This is the bigger branch of Costa in Willesden Green. There is plenty of seating and also free wifi and hand sanitizer. Baristas are friendly and coffee is good. Can’t complain, it’s a costa on the high street.

Lovely service and a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and cake.
