Baristas are professional and courteous in the way they interact with me, and with other customers. Seating is plenty, warm and relaxed environment to catch up on time to yourself. Adequate parking in Sainsbury’s across the road (time limits are in place). Only one irk and that is the toilet, it kinda always smells of wee, also I feel like with the number of mamas and babas that use the cafe, there should really have an additional toilet. This is the bigger branch of Costa in Willesden Green. There is plenty of seating and also free wifi and hand sanitizer. Baristas are friendly and coffee is good. Can’t complain, it’s a costa on the high street.

Visited costa in Hartlepool town centre very disappointed in service and quality of food waited 20 minutes in queue before reaching the till we had 1 toasty one soup and pinene 1 latte soup was cold and toasted sandwich was not toasted just warm . Coffee was ok but I would not revisit to pay £15 for unsuitable food u can get better from other outlets
