Ordered via Uber eats, delivered someone else's order.Does not pickup the phone 1hr before closing. Well dinner was ruined.Should have read other reviews before ordering from here.

I had gone to the shop today as i have the KFC app on my phone. And it had said that i a free offer of two original chicken pieces, so i had gone to the shop to redeem the offer. The cashier scanned my QR code and asked me, "what do you want?" And i had said "i would like the offer." And then the cashier had told me that the app wasn't working and had said that this is a problem with the head office. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the same location when i want to redeem free of charge offers. This is strange as i have gone to other locations and would let me redeem my offer.

Ok to visit, but not to order from. You will see all the delivery app drivers parked outside and very often they will steal your food and mark it as delivered and because it happens so often, very hard to get your money back as Just-Eat stop believing it after a while.

I made an order through just it, and when the driver arrived with the delivery, it was a wrong order, not mine, I gave it back and asked to call KFC, which I did, the employee there with a very high tone said that it is not their fault, but who is? I,? I paid £31 for nothing very stupid of

Not great service. Food was missing when we got home. Went back the next day to tell them, and they said they cannot give me "free food", even though it was paid for!

Popped in for a takeaway for lunch, Boneless Meal Deal, currently £2.99 until early Feb. Not too busy, staff friendly. Store clean. Food was hot and fresh.

I went Saturday around 8 ,I ordered food chicken wings, chicken pocorn, 2 burgers.1 drink.2 piece chicken. They give me food put in bag I don’t check take and come home when we open bag like eat there no any sauce.no tissue. No any straw. No chicken wings ,I’m trying to call them no one picks phone I did try 5 times .Northolt KFC very bad customer service. I pay 19.10 , chicken wings cost 7 something , chicken gives very oily . I’m also chef in my life not give food like this , I think they need to close please I’m giving requests them don’t give old food to anyone , my wife eats chicken she feels stomach ache, very very bad
