I went Saturday around 8 ,I ordered food chicken wings, chicken pocorn, 2 burgers.1 drink.2 piece chicken. They give me food put in bag I don’t check take and come home when we open bag like eat there no any sauce.no tissue. No any straw. No chicken wings ,I’m trying to call them no one picks phone I did try 5 times .Northolt KFC very bad customer service. I pay 19.10 , chicken wings cost 7 something , chicken gives very oily . This is probably the worst KFC I’ve had food from. Yesterday I made a Deliveroo order from this KFC and they gave me the smallest chicken pieces and wings that I’ve ever seen. It’s so disappointing that they thing it is acceptable to send this to a customer. I also tried calling the restaurant to speak to the manager about 20 times yesterday and no one answers.
