I have visited this tore yesterday as it stated they are accessible and they have wheelchairs. Upon arrival we saw a scooter which I cannot operate due to the nerve damages in my hand; would endanger others and myself. We asked a rather grumpy security personnel whose first question was "have you seen the scooter? There's a scooter there" - well PAL, I am with a walking stick, disabled but not visually impaired so yeah I saw it. Asked why I am not using it. I explained. He stared at me for a while and said; so you cannot use it? Uhmmm yeah usually when someone tells you they cannot use something and explain why - probably they cannot. Then he said; no wheelchairs because people stole it.Now, I do know that majority of the people are trash like that, but the shop puts the magnet on even on undies to make sure you are not walking out without paying for it, but they don't have a security system that alerts them when someone's just rolling outside with a wheelchair is the most ableist thing I can imagine. Like absolute zero care towards ppl in need.Having a wheelchair in a shop for us makes our life much easier because we don't have to bring ours, take it in and out of the car etcSo Morrisons; invest into your disabled customers! And secure the wheelchairs!About the shop; no logic regarding the products' arrangement. And the freezer is so tiny, 10000 types ice creams and only like 4 types of vegetables. I was looking for your sweet potato chunks and 90% of the vegetables is chips?Might trying this place in a couple of weeks again to check on it again. For now; there are much better shops in the area accommodating needs.I gave an extra star for the lovely cashier.

Good selection of halal pre packed meals , good quality with hardly any artificial ingredients, check out najma and other brands , both in the frozen and refrigerator sections . Also has great drinks like regal mango juice

Splendid foodhall with helpful and friendly staff. Butchers, Delicatessen, Grilled Meat,Cafe. Good quality food competitively priced. This Morrisons shop is the largest and possibly the newest one of its kind in the area. I made a beeline for this shop when I was living in Hayes. It takes about half an hour on the fast bus and is very close to Harrow on the hill train station. The shop has a very well stocked cooked meats section. With a good selection of cooked ham on the bone. They also are very popular for their meat pies and sausages. Which they prepare and cook on the premises.

Just a shout out to the butchery department at Morrisons Harrow who went above and beyond today in cutting up some meat for me to make my cooking experience half an hour later infinitely more easy and stress free. Thank you very much! ?

The location is good and good size, literally found everything I usually shop but the only drawback is the closed cafe which they are reluctant to reopen.

I used to buy most of my shopping at this shop but stopped using it during Covid. Today thought I would give it a try. It seems a little tied now and more expensive than Tesco. I found the experience disapointing and won't be rushing back. It's lost something.
