Peter our server was extremely helpful and made the experience of dining with the family a memorable one. The food was really good - both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

We had dinner at Madhu’s and we ordered their non vegetarian thali and the food and ambience was just awesome. We ordered for some replacement requests due to allergies and the staff obliged us willingly and replaced the dish with a very good alternative. We were served by Peter costa and he was really kind enough to take care of us and checking on us regularly. We had a very good experience and absolutely recommend to visit Madhu’s !!!!

Food is cooked to perfection. The lamb chops, chicken and salmon starters the best I've ever eaten. Service is excellent with great atmosphere. . Great Bar service with lots of cocktail choices. I will be coming back.Parking: Park in the hotel car park. Validate your vehicle before you leave. Costs nothing.

We had the most incredible Indian food at Madhu's Heathrow! They have amazing vegetarian options, so even if you don't eat meat, you're in for a treat. Everything we tried was bursting with flavor – no matter what you choose, your taste buds will thank you! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience fantastic. If you're passing through Heathrow and looking for a must-try, definitely check out Madhu's! You won't be disappointed!

We were a large party of 10 and we were all seated together comfortably.The mixed grill was nicely cooked but was very spicy be warned - perhaps too spicy. The pani puri wasn't great and tasted slightly stale.The main courses were better, especially the lamb which was very tender and a good portion.Service was ok but not very attentive - had to follow up on the odd drinks orders.Overall food was average but for us slightly over priced but convenient if are staying at the hotel

Hit and miss..... The good stuff is very very good, and then there are the random misfires It's a fairly large somewhat sterile location in the Sheraton - nice, but a big open space with a ton of tables , which is ok ( airport adjacent restos are pretty much this) The service is .... interesting. Very attentive, but I had to rescue my food from the waiter a couple of times (you're done right?), and failed to do the same with the last few sips of my beer. And the food? Very very good, but then again, there is the occasional total misfire (dried out paneer? Stale panipuri?) Anyhow, if you're at the Sheraton, beats the pants off of heading down the road to Hounslow....

My wife and I were looked after by Peter who made the best recommendations for the type of food we were interested in trying. The Palak Patta Chaat is a winner for the best starter dishes. Great food, superb service and classy ambience made our evening very special.

Tasty food but not value for money. For the price paid, the portion is very small and has decreased significantly over time. Prices are ok if you're a hotel guest and are expecting to pay higher prices. But it's not value if you're in a large party. Quality, Authentic Indian food. Our waiter was excellent and made some great food recommendations. The location is very close to Heathrow airport so that's a huge plus for Freeway, sorry,, Motorway access!

I have seen madhu”s on tv and bin there once before, it’s over rated just because of their award, the meat cuts where the worst I have seen, service was so bad, went for 50th it was like they didn’t even care , just because a place has a award and well known doesn’t mean the food it going to good, I never write reviews before spent nearly £2000 in there it was awful wouldn’t recommend it to no one , it was the worst meat cuts full of fat and undercooked, manager was not willing to compromise such a bad experience!
