We had such a difficult uk holiday in hospitals before we arrived at the hotel - we walked into carluccios tired and exhausted and Standa welcomed us like we were family. We cannot underestimate the impact of one persons kindness on our whole family. Our son lives with some challenges and he absolutely loved her too. Thank you for taking care of us Standa -for the few nights and days we were here you reminded us that there’s humanity and kindness in the world.
