Gents toilets were disgusting, looked like they'd not been cleaned for days, dirty urinals, filthy mirrors, floor awash with urine, so bad when I returned to the counter to collect my food my shoes stuff to the floor. Also hand dryer npot working. Won't be returning, needs a visit from the health inspectors!

Originally visited to complain about a missing delivery item. On arrival the staff were experiencing an electric outage so unable to take or rectify orders, however, they were understanding and managed to give me some Chicken Nuggets and Chips for my inconvenience so have to give the staff a hand clap. They could have been "too busy" to deal with anyone or anything given the time. Thank you Ladies - you know who you are.

This Branch is Serving Rotten Eggs in the breakfast menu. Staff is not checking properly what food they r serving to customers.

Having visited with family including 4 children and 3 adults and having to use two cars. I find that a month later we have received two £100 parking fines. They’re customer services, which are in themselves, absolutely useless advice that I have to appeal the fines. It’s their car park but run by a private company. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs! Absolute disgrace. It would have been cheaper to eat at a proper restaurant. Family friendly, community driven. I think not.

My first experience at McDonald's location in the UK left me pleasantly surprised. Even though it was around 11 PM on a Saturday, the wait wasn't overly long, and the drive-thru staff was helpful and patient.While it's your typical McDonald's fast-food chain restaurant, the food here tasted just as expected – satisfactory and consistent. What really stood out was the efficiency of the service; my order came out promptly and accurately.However, the real gem of this place is its prime location. It's conveniently situated, making it an easily accessible choice for a quick bite, especially during those late-night cravings. Overall, this McDonald's location offers far more than what you'd usually expect from the brand: reliable service, consistent food quality, and unbeatable convenience.

Waited for my drink and over heard the women waiting to call my number speak to 2 other members of staff both pointing fingers on who should have made my drink. The lack of organisation by some members of staff was frustrating but the food and drink were perfect in the end. I can only imagine how hot my food would have initially been though.I would like to also add that their toilets smelt amazing and were clean and nice to use unlike some mcdonalds restaurants I have been to.

We used the driv - tru, there was nothing wrong with food, that was perfect. And the service was excellent. But, we were not given any straws for our soft drinks. And that is why I am awarding only 3 stars for service.I did not go into the restaurant, so no comment on atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Staff at the drive tru were polite

I visited your establishment yesterday at 4:45 AM and placed an order for a McSpicy, which I later took away to enjoy. However, when I opened the meal after some time and began eating the chips while driving, I was surprised to find that what I received was not a McSpicy but a beef burger enclosed in a purple box.I must emphasize that I do not consume beef, and this mix-up left me quite disappointed and concerned about the quality of service provided. It is essential to consider the dietary preferences and restrictions of your customers to ensure a positive dining experience for everyone.I kindly request that you address this matter and take steps to prevent such mistakes from happening in the future. Toilets closed at 10pm even though It is meant to be a 24hrs restaurant. Very inconvenient and to top it all the food was terrible.

Not that bad as a place,always busy,the staff is fine but they need to be more focused on the toilets,I know there's too many clients that doesn't know what's the hygiene but they still need to check frequently and sort it out all the issues and clean

If the restaurant won’t you to park for less than an hour they need to get their service better organised. Very busy on my visit with orders taking ages to get served which meant my stay was longer than an hour resulting in a fine being sent some 2 months later! Diabolical way to treat customers!!

This is my go to place when I land at Heathrow for breakfast. It's easy to get to but is always full of airport pick up cars as are the roads around it. Today's sausage and egg M'C Muffin was barely warm and my diet coke lacked fizz so not a great experience today. Maybe next time will be better.

Same as any mcdonald's, well presented, efficient. Staff were particularly cheery at 0700 on a bank holiday Monday, food was pleasant. Toilets were horrible, no excuse for being in that state at 0700..

Food was not McDonald's quality. My burger was luke warm at best, and the drink had about 2 ice cubes in it. I was surprised considering how busy the place was. The restaurant was modern and clean.

Very horrible service. I ordered McFlurrys through the drive through and they asked us to enter the takeaway. When we went inside, anytime we ask the staff about our order they will turn their backs on us and they will pretend we weren’t there. We repeatedly asked them for our order and they were just postponing it. After half an hour they still wouldn’t get our order ready so we requested a refund. Horrible service and horrible staff management.
