The steak here is incredible, best steak I've ever had, will definitely be coming back here.

I am a regular customer of steak and lobster, my usual branch is Marble Arch. Unfortunately I chose the Heathrow branch to have my birthday dinner; and it did not exceed my expectations. The lobster was over cooked and cold when it arrived to us. I eat lobster and know the difference between freshly made and pre cooked, this lobster was clearly pre cooked as it came really quickly, the sauce did not melt on the lobster which was evidence it was cold. the chips were cold and so was the butter and garlic sauce. We cannot fault the customer service (Reina) was great and we felt really bad to complain to her although this needs to be addressed. I have now gone home and have vomited. The food really disappointed me, I don’t think I will ever visit this branch again.

1. I was there at 17:15, there are like 40 empty tables, but the server brought me to a table which 1/4 go into the wall which I cannot extend my elbow, if I’m the manager I would set this table as last sell.2. I read the menus on their website, but another server told me there’s no set menu, I have to reserve it. I checked the website it said available at 17:00-18:30, with no mention of reservation needed.3. Anyway I ordered the steak with lobster, see the picture on their website and see mine on site, may be the steak is too thin so that the chef couldn’t make it medium rare which I requested. This is my first time to have this thickness of steak in a (premium steakhouse?).4. I saw the comment that fries can be unlimited refill, however server once again, rejected, and claiming that was long time ago.5. Ok, the bill is £63, I’m just a girl, but I still feel hungry after finishing this.Highly not recommended. This will ruin your day.

Great find as I love my lobster! Popped in the night before flying out to NZ. I had the steak & lobster, the lobster was cooked perfectly ?and my wife had Surf & turf brioche roll. The house radish mayo was a tad over bearing. The waitress had heard that it was my birthday weekend so brought out the other plate along with my Mason Jar. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be going back.

One of the best Sirloin Steak I have had ever and definitely the best fries I've ever had. Pudding was massive and we asked to take the cookies home as I couldn't eat all of it.

Place is full of foreigners who don't speak English properly, don't apologise for their mistakes or mishaps whatsoever with one of the worst customer service in the area. Food is nothing special and they are tight with the lobster. Terrible dump of a place.

Decided to treat my woman and I to a lavish meal at this place. Decided to order a lobster aswell as a surf and turf roll. What surprised me was the fact that the food arrived within 5 minutes. Rather strange considering the price and the fact that it was lobster. This might possibly be the worst lobster place to eat in the UK. The meat was beyond chewy and tasteless. A complete and utter waste of money. I was extremely disappointed with this place and would not recommend it to anyone. This is my first regret of 2024. People come to this place expecting a good lobster considering the name but I felt rather taken advantage of and frauded. Lobsters should be cooked and served to order. Not microwaved and served like rubber on a plate. Prepare yourself for disappointment when visiting this place.
