They managed to burn the coffee clearly the staff are not trained to high standards for serious coffee drinkers.

They no longer do filter coffee at this franchise so there's no usp over other rival chains...unless you like all the horrible sweet "specials" and frappes! Recommend going independent for a tasty espresso-based drink if you like actual coffee!

It's in a shopping centre and a Starbucks so there is a natural ceiling level to how good this can be. Staff are usually friendly and coffee has mostly been alright. They have unquestioningly remade my coffee when it wasn't right.

Worst pumpkin spiced latte ever had from a starbucks store !!I guess they put syrup for 3 cups in one cup. Was too strong and couldnt even drink. Tried adding 2 cups of milk nd sugar after reaching home, but it couldnt reduce the strong flavour !!! People are not paying 5£ for this !!!Service and staff were good, Im not blaming them.

I accidently spilt my coffee but the gentleman working 'Jake' did not hesisitate to come over and mop and make me another coffee , all with a smile on his face , great service .

if i could give zero stars on everything i would! placed an order on ubereats & i was missing an item from it. flagged this ussue up straight away, as we all know it happenes from time to time - more than wed like. then after drinking half of my drink, i found a nice long, thick black hair in my drink! ? put me right off of it. so called the branch to see if there was anything they could do to help, as i already flagged up an issue with ubereats & i couldnt amend it. the person on the other end said i could order again.. now why would i waste more money & order from a place where ive just found a hair in my drink?! i said i didmt want to reorder but could they open it up again their side so i could sort it out with uber.. the guys just kept saying no i camt do anything ill talk to my staff to see who it was & that i should come to the shop to get it sorted. i understand he was trying to be helpful, but he wasnt, was just being ryde on the phone whilennot being able to answer my questions, then just hung up the phone when i said again, i didnt want to order from the branch again nor will i in the future. i would just avoid at all cost! feel sick just thinking ive drank half a drink that has had someone hair in it the whole time!

I have ordered venti ice brown sugar oat shaken expreeso with extra shots by my phone,it was took longer than I expected, and I paid for 60p for extra vegan cream, they made without it, and just passes me the drinks said they don’t have any vegan cream?! There was 3people on the bar, not a lots of customers, but customers siting area and condiments bar was really dirty…
