I accidently spilt my coffee but the gentleman working 'Jake' did not hesisitate to come over and mop and make me another coffee , all with a smile on his face , great service .
So slow at serving, need to say thank you when appropriate, it doesn't cost anything to be polite. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience here. Retraining recommended.

It's in a shopping centre and a Starbucks so there is a natural ceiling level to how good this can be. Staff are usually friendly and coffee has mostly been alright. They have unquestioningly remade my coffee when it wasn't right.
