I fuel at this station 2times a week, being a taxi driver, I’m in need of toilets. Every time I asked for a toilet they are saying is in maintenance. How that maintenance works? as i never had a chance to use it once in 3months now.\\n\\nNow petrol station, staff close their toilets because they don’t bother to clean them, lying that is in maintenance.\\n\\nVery bad!!! You only what to sell fuel without giving anything in exchange.\\n\\nAll Drivers needs toilets as they cannot use their car for that!!

Called to find out price of diesel manager rudely refused to tell me prices saying it's a secret when it's out on display I have been previously calling and was always told the price of diesel\\n. Also refused to give name so I could not complain about him\\n\\nBp really needs to hire people with manners

Charging point for my EV always works and a good range of food. I just wish the lady preparing hot food behind the counter would wear a facemask somewhere other than around her chin.\\n\\nEdit: it was the staff member who wasn’t wearing a mask, not a customer! If you can’t enforce that BP what are you doing! Particularly important you would think if she was literally heating up food for patrons!!

Usually a good experience however this last visit was disappointing due to the bad attitude from one staff. Arrived and the door wasn’t opening, walked over to night pay area waiting for staff to attend. Instead of serving me one staff chose to completely ignore me. After around 5 min of me walking back and forth the night pay area and front entrance, I knock on the glass and the staff then decides to acknowledge me and says we are closed. I don’t understand how that one staff couldn’t say it earlier. I get in the car, other customers arrive and they were told straight away it was closed. Then a few other customers turn up, police were let in followed by an English guy, so I assume they’re open again for whatever reason. Grab my stuff and paid, asked why they were closed 2 min earlier... was given the worst attitude ever. Funny how they were closed for certain people...
