Food was nice, service quick (maybe because no one was in here, I can see why) they said they charged extra for mayo which isn’t true as it’s been given in the past. Employees barely speak loud enough, had to repeat myself many times. Overall, worst Burger King location I’ve visited.

Food is great, car park is quite small and I have witnessed rats running around outside but there is alot of building works so that's probably why.

Popped in here for a quick bite to eat but unfortunately the fries were cold & had to be sent back for a fresh portion of hot fries. The staff were also trying to rush us to eat our food, as they were getting ready to close the restaurant seating area at 21:30 even though the restaurant closes at 22:00. Don't think I would eat here again, to be honest.Parking: There are a large number of parking spaces available for diners, I don't think I have ever seen the car park full with no spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on street level, with acces for wheelchair users not being a problem.

ABSOLUTELY VILE!!used to enjoy burger king always found the burgers to taste better than mcdonalds that was until I ordered from the Hornchurch branch of Burger king not only did they take 1hr 35 mins to deliver but took 10 calls to contact the branch and when food arrived saying the word MEDIOCRE is being kind ordered 2 steakhouse burger meals they arrived stone cold literally the fries were unseasoned and inedible the burger itself was dry as a bone and what looked like sludge piled ontop of both the burgers I gave it a chance took one bite and literally came close to throwing up the entire meal went into the bin what a waste and this is why they are always empty try there food you will never wanna eat burger king again thanks Hornchurch branch because of you I've lost faith in the Franchise.

Staff is very Rude with customers I have asked for my food they ignored me I wait for long time again I asked for food they being aggressive with me and the main person who wAs rude with me is Rajah Ali..

Stood at the counter waiting to order but the staff ignored me while they carried on cleaning. They should have acknowledged . When i did get my meal the fries were cold, and the burger looked nothing like the picture on the wall, and no ketchup sauce that I asked for.All in all I should have gone to MCDONALDS

If I could give zero stars I would give zero.I went through the drive thru and despite repeating my order loud and clear to the staff member at the window, he still got it wrong. I came home and realised it was wrong and could not drive all the way back to amend it.I called the store and complained to the store manager, who is absolutely useless and rude. He did not apologise for the mistake or seem to care at all.Really bad restaurant which won’t ever improve unless they change their staff, starting with the store manager.
