Catalin and Charlotte make Costa coffee in Hornchurch. Always kind efficient.Compared to other costa I will only go to this one. I walk 30mins just to come

A regular visit, I found staff friendly if a tad busy. Food is good but a bit limited choice.RecommendedParking: There are paid car parks nearby but the charges have soared in recent years. The car park behind Sainsbury's is free for up to 2 hours (don't be a minute over) and controlled by camera. Couple minutes walk to Costa.

I was a bit disappointed, that while displaying a poster saying they would be observing a 2 min silence in store, on 11/11 at 11.00 no announcement was made or silence

We had a big order and the café was really busy. Catalin and the team worked super hard to get the orders done and served asap. Great service ?

The staff try really hard on the whole but they're are never enough of them. The other problem is FLIES! They are all over the cakes that aren't covered and it is really gross! I never notice them because I'm long sighted, but my daughter points them out and when I put my glasses on, I'm horrified how many there are! I've had this complaint about another Costas but they never address the issue. They need a sliding door or covers, to try and keep the flies off the chocolate tiffins. It's disgusting!

At arrival it was very busy, but there was seats available and the service was brilliant. The staff were friendly and efficient and made sure they got everything correct, by multiple checks. Very enjoyable experience today :)

Very sad, I was buying an irn bru, a very Scottish drink, so I decided to pay with the a Scottish £5 note, it’s very fitting, and is still a £5 sterling, but they didn’t accept it. Overall bad service, no smiles or anything, bad
