Worst experience ever!21.04.2023, Being Kicked out from the shop for giving a 3-year-old a chicken bake to eat on the premises.None of my friends will be using Greggs Hornchurch.I will use Subway Hornchurch as the members of staff are more friendly and better coffee.

Used the " too good to go" app and was told to pick up at 6.30pm. Website says they're open till 7pm, got there at 6.38pm to find the shutters down.The too good to go app uses a count down until you can pick your order up, 6.30 I got the text to say my order was ready. They could have cancelled it their end if they knew they were going to shut early , so a wasted journey for me.

Visited Sunday 20th Nov. App / website / Google said they open at 09:30am. Waited until 09:55am and the shutters were still down. Gave up and went elsewhere.

Vagan sausage rolls...need I say any more ?

Ordered on just eat from here I ordered 2 x breakfast meal deal both sausage rolls as you can order sausage and bacon on just eat so sausage rolls with 2 extra slices of bacon in both now my understanding is that a sausage breakfast rolls come with 3 sausages how ever I got sausages and 1 and a bit burnt bacon in both rolls.

I had ordered on their app but when I came to store I was told they hadn't had the order. Fair enough but the customer service received after was atrocious. I showed the person proof of my order and she wasn't prepared to give my my order nor help me in getting a refund for the order. She claims she doesn't have the app so I should know how it works, I'm the customer though and she's the employee, surely your staff should have a better idea of how your processes work than your customers? I'll be going back to speak the the manager to resolve this

Don’t bother going for a breakfast bap. Supposed to be on sale until 11.00. You can go in a 10.30 and the staff rather unhelpfully say we have run out. You don’t get that in McDonalds! It’s happened several times. It’s not a one off.
