Love greggs go there practically everyday. Freindly staff and great baguettes. But price has gone up considerably in last 6 months is my only downside.

A few times i have been to this shop. The times i have been the pasty has always been stone cold. I went today at 8.20am. Once again it was cold. At this time pasties are normally baked fresh. When i asked the counter staff she said 'get something else.' Problem is, i eat halal so the menu is very limited. I have not only had this issue at this Greggs, but i have had this issue in many Greggs. Very disappointed.

This was my review seven months ago: Staff slow, food cold.This has since changed, the staff member with the forearm tattoo today was very friendly and fast. However the food again is still lukewarm. I wish greggs had heaters in their cabinets like wenzels.
Got a vegan sausage, bean and cheeze melt just now. Watched the lady take it from the vegan labelled section. It is NOT a vegan one. Very, very upset to have bitten into that. I haven't eaten meat in years. Please be more careful.

I love elm park greggs. The food is divine. The drinks as good as the food. The treats for your cheat days, even better. Although if I want to eat in it costs me more money. The space is quite small as well so that's not the best either. All of this included I am giving 4 stars as it's not the best and I have seen way worst in London. I would recommend the sausage baguette from the breakfast menu.

Visited the store this morning ordered 4 sausage rolls a bacon roll 4 chocolate éclairs and two soft drinks. As I went to pay I was advised that it was company policy not to accept £50 pound notes. The staff were pleasant however I had no other form of payment and had to leave my order at the counter. I feel guilty that I have inadvertently created unnecessary food waste.
