Placed an order today at 18.30, now at 19.40 my order has been cancelled with no reason. I tried to contact the restaurant, but no answer. Absolutely understandable to cancel an order if it’s too busy, but let us waiting 1h to cancel our order is a disgusting service.

2/3 times that I have been there, something from my order has been mess up in in some way. First time I ordered a drink but did not get it, when I asked the cashier, they insisted that they gave me a drink and would not give me another one without paying extra. Second time, my food was cold, food was just dumped in the box making it go everywhere, and instead of giving me popcorn chicken as part of the meal, I was given an extra gravy pot. With all the negative reviews on here, I’m not sure how this place is still in business.

Food was absolutely disgusting , ice cold and under cooked 0 tissues packed 0 seasoning 0 complimentary sausages , took a crazy long time to arrive as the driver was busy doing multiple drops. Stay way don’t buy from this brunch waste of money.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, including the manager Tazbith who kept telling me that he is the manager and that customers are not always right! I wasn’t even arguing, I was simply asking if my menu included corn. I had 5 staff standing in front of me arguing. Shocking! They also gave me the wrong drink but I was too afraid to go back and mention it because all 5 staff would probably have something to say about that too. Please avoid!

The staff are rude, impatient and couldn't professionally explain why they don't have half the menu. No pops, no ice cream, no vegan burger after paying for these items!! We also witnessed the staff being rude to customers in front of us trying order. I would be ashamed if I owned a well known fast food chain and have such terrible service. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.Vegetarian options: Never have a vegan burger available even though it is on the menu

They had no hot wings. . .. they gave us very salty chips when we wanted the original. They changed it but we should have been asked not just given things we don't know about.

I am a college student on my break, i went to this kfc in hunger, and the service was absolutely shocking to say the least.the staff were clueless of their mistakes and after a customer had cancelled there order they wouldn’t delete there order of the machine and charged me the previous customers order while i only wanted a zinger burger which is only around £5 then trying to charge me more than a £10.i told the staff and she didn’t listen to me and in result of this i left the store and missed out on my lunch as i had to go back to college, i recommend not to go here as the staff are useless

I am not the type of person to leave negative reviews however, this KFC made me feel on guard with my previous visits. And now I would highly suggest others to go to another KFC in a different location. First of all, every one of their machines were inaccessible as they would not process any order. Then when I tapped my contactless it doesn't go through! They proceeded to tell me to use the self-order machine and me and a couple of other customers were trying to raise their awareness that it was not functioning but they ignored us insisting we use it. Now I was thinking my card not going through was a fault on my end but they suddenly say I can't try it again because they would lose money? One of the employees at the counter started muttering: "negative" over and over. It was hard to understand how to go about the situation because the employees were speaking only in their language. Never have I ever heard of the employees losing money if the customer tries their card again! They shooed me out of there and I ended up going to another shop; my contactless worked (so it was a fault on KFC's) . All I must say is that is a very sketchy KFC.

I arrived and ordered using the kiosk, then waited over 45 minutes for my food, and then after having received my food, I realised my order was wrong. They had no idea what my order was and was asking everyone for their food. The staff were not very helpful - overall a very bad experience. Will not be going back any time soon. I would give 0 stars if given the option.

I wouldn’t want to give this place a one star id rather a 0. The service makes you want to rip out a bald spot of hair because of pure rage, they forgot my chicken despite being a Kentucky fried CHICKEN and taking over an hour ! and looked at me like I shot someone when i mentioned it?
