Always a good night to end up here. Great for older people who don't want to spend their night surrounded by teeny boppers. Good range of music, friendly staff. However needs a major refurbish as too dated inside. Looks like a Social club.

A number of issues with this establishmentSarah was an absolute shambles of a barmaid, negligible service on the top floorThey made us pay for desserts when we only signed up for £3 a head, doubling the billTook forever to supply normal lager from the bottom floors as no such drink was supplied on the top floor, then tried to get rid of my friends who complained about the lack of service... Absolutely awful service from this venue or company!NEVER USE THIS VENUE!!I paid £500 in total for food, venue hire and 5 bottles of Prosecco and it was the worst £500 I have ever spent!!I had a party here April 2022, the bar staff were rude and one stood around on her phone for the whole duration of the party instead of serving my guests. I had welcome drinks that were supposed to be given out to guests and they just sat on the bar so no one knew to take one!They also charged multiple guests twice for 1 round of drinks!The food was bland and not worth £200!!I had the resident DJ It was suppose to finish at 12:30am, 12:10am arrived and the music just went off by 12:15am the bouncers were upstairs telling us to leave!!I did my own decorations balloon arch, sequin wall, light up numbers and welcome sign. I was told I could collect all my things a few days later when they reopened, when I returned to collect my items all the balloons had been dismantled which was fine but I had artificial reusable flowers in the balloons and welcome sign and it had all been put in the bin!! When I asked where they was I was told the cleaner must of binned them and that was it!! So now I am £50 down on reusable flowers that I now need to repurchase, some I won’t ever be able to get again!! If they had told me there would be a cleaner going in I would of taken them with me on the night!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had too for this one. I had my party here yesterday. Prior to the event we agreed twice that we would set up the room at 10, however no one showed up. Then when we got there, it took 50 minutes for them to set up my music, why didn't they check this before hand? Another thing, the bar tender was never at the bar! Only when there was a leak, and his colleagues kept dropping glasses. There was also a little situation that needed sorting. Rob was fantastic and handled the situation well. However, the bouncer didn't handle it well. He was having a right go at me and trying to intimidate me, lucky enough my cousins came over and sorted it out. When looking at reviews, I have also seen that other customers have had issues with the same bouncer!!!!! I'm so lucky my friends lifted my spirits, because that bouncer really did ruin my night. Another thing, we had several members of the public joining my party:? Why was the bouncer not controlling things like this instead of bullying 18 year olds. Also, there was one disco light in one corner of the room? What happened to the LED lights?

Don’t be deceived by the pics they advertise with because it’s nothing at all like it in reality it was absolutly filthy, hired the hall for 5 hours and had to clean the tables and hoover the before we even started to organise my party. Everything was dirty even the glasses and the toilets OMG!! Least said about them the better… Most of the chairs are torn-and soon as our time was up they let the next lot of people in while we was still eating how rude….do yourself a big favour and go somewhere else-Cleaner and Friendlier

Wanted to go to the cocktail bar upstairs but it was rented out for a private party. Downstairs was small but good vibes, DJ was decent, good mix of old school and modern
