The BA lounge at B gates is always quieter than the other lounges and with the addition of the cook to order section, actually nicer as well.

I was able to enter this lounge as I was traveling through LHR. There was no wait for us to go in but we were informed that we might need to share a table as it was a busy time. We were able to get a table and helped ourselves to the buffet and got some beers from the bar tender. The food was ok as was the service. The atmosphere of the line was ok but felt a bit on the crowded side so not as comfy as it could be. While we didn't have to wait for a table I can see where that would happen easily as I was able to get a table while the current occupant was getting up and leaving.

Excellent food and a great place to relax.

Excellent as usual.

Very busy breakfast time. Standard breakfast fare - only one option for eggs. No apparent service to order alternatives. Difficult to find somewhere to sit. Moved to a different part of lounge after eating for comfort. Disappointed to learn that free newspapers and magazines have not been reintroduced post-covid. As everything is supposed to be back to normal this is obviously a cost cutting measure. Considering what we pay it's another sign of the times at BA.

Lacked the ambience and atmosphere of a business class lounge.

Really quite an awful place. BA is full of second-rate employees who have a disdainful and complacent approach to consumers, in my opinion. Do not look like they enjoy the jobs they do. Unionised and hate the airline as much as the passengers. Uniforms all look cheap. Food cheap. Planes delayed. Planes dirty. Fly with a middle eastern airline.
Really great food selection with a jacket potato/ nacho bar, salad bar, hot food and deserts (not much choice compared to the rest) drinks wise they have absolutely you could want.Service wise it's mostly help yourself with the exeption of the jacket potatos, place was kept very clean.

The wi-fi system where you have to scan your passport for wi-fi access is ridiculous. It could easily be just free access in the lounge; it's not as if they don't check you into the lounge anyway.

Very good, but had rice and nothing hot to go with it. They did put a curry out but we had to leave the lounge. Also sandwiches, not enough choice,if did not eat pork, ran out of tuna. Overall happy with the experience.

We killed a few hours in here on our way to Prague last week. The food is of a good quality, the selection of drinks are good too, with champagne being an option for those celebrating like we were. Clean and tidy throughout, with good views of the taxiway and runway.
Amazing to relax before your
