Lounge access was included in our business class flight to JFK. We used the lounge in the b gates area which was very quiet with plenty of comfortable seating available. Food and drink were of good quality.
Is ok , nothing special for the price you pay!Self service with alcohol , food basic but still better than outside! Plus is area for children with a PlayStation xVegetarian options: Lots of curry , salad etc

This has just been refurbished and in my opinion is better than the first lounge by a gates. It’s got a light and airy feel and hot food served by a real person. Comfortable seating and lots of tables.
