Wouldn't accept a tenner with a rip in it (was all in one piece). Others in the queue backed me up and they said the bank would refuse it which is nonsense. The staff ganged up on me and were totally clueless.

This is the 2nd time they charged me extra at the counter. Then refunded me after that. Only ordered small latte and got charged £5.95 instead of £4.00. If you don’t check what you are paying then you might be surprised later. At the checkout they will not even tell you how much you are paying for and will not offer receipt after too. Very sad.

Bar dell'omonima catena con vista sull'aeroporto. Il personale è stato tutto molto gentile e attento nel servizio. Abbiamo preso dei panini che ci ha scaldato. Soprattutto il caffè espresso è stato fatto a regola d'arte (come un vero caffè all'italiana) e prima di farlo la cameriera ha scaldato le tazzine con l'acqua calda, un tocco apprezzabile.

Some of the worst service I have ever had. I asked for my tea to be served in a proper cup instead of a paper cup and it was met with an eye roll, absolutely no verbal acknowledgement and body language that made it very clear I had no business asking for such a ridiculous thing. Food was chucked on the tray in takeaway packaging (only got the tray because I insisted on a cup for the tea!). And all provided with a sullenness worthy of a teenager who has been grounded for a month. Terrible. But almost no other options to allow me to vote with my feet.

It’s a regular Costa albeit with an amazing view of the runway AND unbelievably good customer service from Angelika - the first person EVER who has pointed out that my black Americano will be very hot and asking if I’d like some ice cubes to cool it down - which worked brilliantly. Thank you Angelika - you are a star - I hope Costa appreciate you!

I had just landed from a 6 am flight on Wednesday and stopped for a quick beverage before I continued my journey home.There were 4 servers that day I believe, but I was served on the left side where there were 2 servers.Forgive me I do not remember their names. The only thing I remember was that he was Asian, wears glasses and was attending to the left. This man in particular was completely rude and lacked customer service skills. He was given the customer before me a lot of unnecessary attitude because I believe he did not wait in the right line from what I can understand. The other server took over from him because he walked away in a strip.He then carried this same attitude to me UNPROVOKED. I just wanted to confirm that he had listened to my request to use oat milk instead of cows milk in my Chocolate Brownie Frostino. Which is something I do because a lot of people tend to get my coffee order wrong and I can’t drink cows milk. He then replied rudely when I confirmed with something on the lines of…, “that’s what you asked for no? Is this not oat milk”. I was completely drained from my 13 hour journey and chose not to respond. He now handed my drink over, I could see he had calmed down a bit which was good. But after leaving i noticed he had given me a plain frostino. No chocolate sauce or flavouring at all. Please refer to the picture… It looked exactly like that. I was deeply disappointed…He also messed up my other order also, where I requested a medium hot chocolate but was given a small. This is what I get for confirming my order ??
