On arrival to the Crown Plaza you could not resist passing the Urban restaurant without being drawn in by the scent of really good food. It was absolutely fantastic food and it was a pleasant experience thanks to our waitress Harshdeep. She was friendly and professional and her knowledge of the menu helped us choose the best dishes. I highly recommend the salt and pepper prawns, pork dish and the vegetable noodles! The music was en pointe too.
We didn’t expect much from a restaurant in the airport hotel, we went there because we were exhausted from long flights. Surprisingly the food was great and reasonably priced with a big serve. We had Sandra as our waitress and she was attentive friendly and provided the best service. I would definitely eat here again if we stay over at terminal 4

A really lovely evening experience at"Urban Brasserie" Restaurant at Crown Plaza hotel T4 Heathrow...Sanchi gave us a very warm welcome, and continued to take care of us so well throughout the evening, including offering delicious recommendations to eat.
