Here around 1400hrs in Heathrow T3 departures area on the first floor around 1400hrs on 7/1/24. Till supervisor more interested in serving friends made repeated errors with my order and cutlery requirements. Poorly stocked, lacking self service facilities you'd normally expect in Pret. Really in need of close attention from management as supervisor looks in need of a complete refresher course in service

Heathrow T3 Landside. Flawless service: I would like to nominate Abdullah for always recognise me the minute I walk in to get my coffee. He looks at me and acknowledge my presence and check if I want my regular, he is always very cheerful, positive vibe and multi-task from the till to deliver to, make my shift start with a good feeling! Great asset for the business

Close to the security gates at T3 Heathrow there’s a clean, well stocked, spacious Pret with some very friendly staff. Thank you to Fakhra who provided excellent service ?

Poor service. Chicken salad had issues with tomato where it tasted like fish so I shared this feedback with staff and there was not even an apology and instead was asked to show the tomatoes with him so he can show to supervisor. The rudest member of staff I have ever come across. I went there with my wife and toddler to purchase coffee and breakfast so you can imagine we had our hands full already. The lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude on a morning that was not busy at all. The top of the coffee was not put on correctly which then meant I spilt coffee on my hand. After asking for a way to carry the coffees she refused to give anything, she wouldn’t even offer us a bag to put over £20 worth of food and drinks in. She found it an inconvenience to warm up the toastie when she asked and gave a sigh. She then tried to force us to the side so I had to go to another member of staff to ask for napkins to hold the hot coffees as the cardboard sleeves did not fit. The only redeeming quality was that another member of staff who we complained to went and spoke to her. He showed empathy and understood our issue.

Clearly don’t pack your food anymore despite spending a fortune. Just hand you the bag to do it yourself . Made a latte instead of a cappuccino and then facially protested and verbalised that it was a cappuccino despite being full to the brim of milk. Oh and pls ask if customers want chocolate on top. It’s annoying.

Oat Cappuccino from Terminal 3 around gate 28, the barista who made my cappuccinos like Latte. He just kept pouring all the milk! Look like he need to refresh the training

The food was good but pricey- which is a given since it’s the airport so that’s not the issue. The issue is the rude staff that handled the food carelessly and dismissive attitude towards the customer. I understand it’s stressful to work at the airport but it’s not my fault that your job sucks.

The staff are completely clueless. The quality of the food has really deteriorated and the prices are very expensive for what you get. I used to love Pret. I hate to say it but it's not good anymore.

Worst pret. So rude. Grumpy. Made me pack the bag of food myself. Didn't give me any napkins. Or a spoon for my yogurt.Stale bread. Ridiculous

On Nov 6, 2023 (little after 12pm), we ordered two flat whites, the indian girl at counter seemed careless and impolite when we were ordering, but it didn't bother us too much until, we saw that they served another customer after us flat white, we realized that the girl at counter never informed the guy making coffee about our flat whites. When we told the other girl about this, she looked at the girl at counter, and the girl at counter had shown no emotion, not even acknowledged her mistake and apologized, just simply uttered 'oh' and went looking back at her counter without checking us. Not a good experience, especially at airport right before I am about to go through security check.Food is nice though, who can say no to salmon at pret a manger.

As a member who works in Heathrow.The team and costumer services are the best ever. Espcially in Pier ( Mehdi , Jamila,Lookman,Arleen) those staffs are really good .I always get my coffee in the morning and afternoon with smile and happy face .
