As a member who works in Heathrow.The team and costumer services are the best ever. Espcially in Pier ( Mehdi , Jamila,Lookman,Arleen) those staffs are really good .I always get my coffee in the morning and afternoon with smile and happy face .
Unlike most other airport prets, this one is located before the security checking on the first floor when you come from the virgin check in side , has a huge seating space and also a good seating area just outside. Heathrow T3 Landside. Flawless service: I would like to nominate Abdullah for always recognise me the minute I walk in to get my coffee. He looks at me and acknowledge my presence and check if I want my regular, he is always very cheerful, positive vibe and multi-task from the till to deliver to, make my shift start with a good feeling! Great asset for the business
