Extremly bad customer service at their reception and management , i had an early flight in the morning and i was eligable for a breakfast buffet from my airline that was paid and they refused to accomodate it even though i asked for that accomodation aday ahead , and no reason of why they cant accomodate , if u have a missed flight dont choose them as theor customer service and manger is bad and wont help u with anything so dissapointef with their attittudeAnd their dinner buffet was also minimal and not worth for, save your money and choose a better hotel!!!!!

The room is clean and comfortable. Room bathtub is big enough! However,the only thing I would like to complain about is staff friendliness at restaurant.I went down for breakfast. The staff there were not friendly at all. They were cheat chatting with each and not approachable at all.One of the staff even had attitude! :(Other than that ! The front desk staff were very professional and friendly:)

I had to attend a medal ceremony. I was accompanied by my daughter, I specified that I am vegetarian, don't eat fish or eggs. There was no food for me, they had salmon, coronation chicken and egg sandwiches. My daughter had to ask the staff to prepare something that I could eat. They asked if I ate cheese, she replied yes, but added don't just make cheese sandwiches, you can add cucumber. Guess what I got, cheese and cucumber sandwiches. The damage is done, is all that I am saying. Going forward there are more ceremonies to complete in April, May and June 2024. Please don't let this happen again, don't make someone feel as I did.

I can honestly say I really liked this hotel. From the nice room, to the breakfast, the gym and look of everything was well put together. But frankly the best part of my stay was a young lady by the name of Gia at the front desk... What a pleasant individual. Gia was kind, helpful, insightful and overall such a well spoken young lady. While the hotel is very nice, the service at the front desk tied everything together. A++

The power was shut down in my room and nearby at the same zone around 2 hrs. Staff unwell services and bad manage in this situations. We had to ask everythings for themselves example changing the room, moving all many stuffs (stay for traveling around 8 days so many luggages), and when we arrived to new room, we still have to waited again!!!!! WHY?? The hotel not prepared the room properly!!! No bed enough for 3 ppl since we booked and asked for 3 ppl. before we moved the luggages out. So, it took totally 3-4 hours the time that we loose.From this situation, hotel staff seem this be normal, no hurry and no try to help us to get everything to be normal by quickly as much as possible. And no feel any sincerely sorry.

Great bar and kitchen staff. Good friendly helpful so cherrfull, we love them, rooms a bit squashed. And carzy system to get your car parking ticket enabled to exit done at front reception desk which means you wait in busy queue for a task that takes 15 seconds, sometimes 15 minutes, the hotel can sort out a better car part exit system automated at side of reception.

Great for plane spotting, I would suggest getting a runway suite to make most of the executive lounge for happy

We were accommodated here overnight due to a canceled British Airways flight. The included dinner in buffet form was created within 30 minutes for around 100 people affected.... The first room we were offered smelled strongly of mold, which was also evident in the bathroom. We were then accommodated in another room. The hotel is located directly at the airport and is therefore not particularly quiet.
